Ingredients (for 2 servings)
- 2 packages instant ramen noodles
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions.
- While the noodles are cooking, heat the chicken broth in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the pot and cook until the onion is softened, about 5 minutes.
- Divide the cooked noodles between two bowls.
- Ladle the broth and vegetables over the noodles.
- Top with bacon, eggs, and green onions.
