Scope (of a document)

The JapanWellness Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes what information Grande Corporation (the “Company”) collects and how it is used, shared, and disclosed. This Policy applies to all JapanWellness brands, products, websites and services that do not have a separate privacy policy or are linked to this Policy (“our Services”). 1.When shared with partners regarding advertising

In order to provide personalized advertisements that match the interests of users within our services, we may provide information collected about users to ad-serving companies, ad agencies, and other partners related to our advertising (“Advertising Partners”). We may also provide the information we collect about you to Advertising Partners for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of advertisements distributed within our Services and the effectiveness of our advertisements distributed by Advertising Partners on other services. Our advertising partners may use such information (and similar information collected from other services) to deliver personalized advertisements to users when they access our Services and other services with which such advertising partners have networks. This practice is commonly referred to as “interest-based advertising” or “personalized advertising.

2.When sharing with media partners

In order to provide our services, we contract with a number of media partners to provide us with high-quality content. In order to create better content, we may provide our media partners with statistical information that does not identify individual users, such as attribute information regarding the viewing of each piece of content and the number of views.

3.When sharing information with service providers

We may contract with service providers to provide and manage our services. The types of service providers we may contract with to handle information include. (i) for the provision of our Services; (ii) for the provision of information, features, or other services requested by users; (iii) for analysis; (iv) for marketing and advertising; (v) for customer service; (vi) for the provision of IT-related services (viii) for the provision of IT-related services.
