Terms of Use

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Use shall apply to all relationships between you and the Company relating to the use of the Service.
In addition to these Terms of Use, the Company may also provide other rules and regulations regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Regulations”). Regardless of the name by which these individual provisions are called, they shall constitute a part of these Terms of Use.
In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the individual provisions of the preceding Article, the provisions of the individual provisions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified in the individual provisions.

Article 2 (Modification of Terms of Use)

The Company may change the Terms of Service at any time without notice to the customer when it deems it necessary. In the event that a customer starts using the Service after a change in the Terms of Use, such customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the changed Terms of Use.

Article 3 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Company’s “Privacy Policy”.

Article 4 (Prohibited Matters)

In using the Service, you shall not engage in any of the following acts
Violation of these Terms of Use, etc.
Any act that infringes or may infringe on the copyrights, other intellectual property rights, or proprietary interests of the Company or any third party.
Actions that violate or may violate laws and ordinances, public order and standards of decency
Actions that cause or may cause disadvantage to other users or third parties.

Article 5 (Change of the Service, Suspension of Provision, etc.)

We reserve the right to change, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any or all of our services at any time and for any reason without prior notice to the user.
The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by you or any third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service.

Article 6 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)

Users shall use our services at their own risk, and shall be responsible for any and all actions they take on our services and the results thereof. If we find that a user is using our service in violation of these Terms of Use, etc., we have the discretion to take the following measures without prior notice to the user. However, this does not mean that we are obligated to prevent or correct such violation.

Hiding, suspension of publication, or deletion of all or part of the User Content
Suspension of all or part of the use of our services or deletion of your account
Provide information to investigative authorities or victims to the extent permitted by law
Other measures that the Company deems necessary and appropriate

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall be exempted from responsibility for the following matters except in the case of negligence on the part of the Company, and users shall use the Company’s services at their own discretion and responsibility and with the consent of the Company.

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of our services or inability to use our services, for any reason whatsoever.
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to unauthorized use, inadequate management, or errors in the use of the account.
The Company makes no warranty of any kind regarding the operation of its services or their suitability for the equipment used, and assumes no responsibility to the user.
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, legality, or usefulness of our services, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, validity, legality, or usefulness of information obtained through the use of our services, or any other matters, and we assume no responsibility to the user.
We shall not be liable for any damages caused by slowdowns or failures in the display speed of our services due to excessive access or other unforeseen causes.
We shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the modification, interruption, suspension, or termination of our services.

Article 8 (Severability)

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be held invalid or illegal under applicable law, such invalidity or illegality shall in no way affect, impair or invalidate the validity of any other provision of these Terms and Conditions, and all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

The laws of Japan shall apply to the formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement.
The Tokyo District Court shall be the sole court of jurisdiction for any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Service.
